About SAFC World

Founded in 2007, SAFC World is an unofficial Sunderland AFC fan site owned by Nathan Johnson and Adam Schindler.

We are assisted by moderators Jonny Davison, James Dyson and Phil Hutchinson.

Over the past year we have managed to interview Sunderland’s hot prospect Jordan Henderson, Sunderland reserve player Jamie Chandler, light heavyweight and Olympic Bronze medallist boxer Tony Jeffries and former Sunderland commentator and broadcaster Simon Crabtree.

Discuss your favourite goals, players, magic moments and much more with like minded individuals. We are an ever growing community which becomes more and more active as time goes on - but we won’t rest on our laurels, we’re always looking at new ways at improving our service. We interview many opposing fans ahead of games and listen to their views on Sunderland AFC, the game and their teams.

We thrive to improve and we want you to be part of it. Despite being a relatively new forum we have a strong reputation as one of the best Sunderland AFC forums on the net. We are even stronger now we have interviewed many well known local figures.
